SHIPPING  POLICY

1.0: Shipping Options: Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday- Friday) – Will be shipped the same day. If you placed an order after 12 PM – It will be shipped the following business day.

• Economy with USPS: It takes 5-7 days for delivery after USPS receives the package.
• Priority with USPS: It takes 2-4 days for delivery after USPS receives the package.
• Overnight: Next Business Day via UPS for Orders placed before 12 PM EST (Monday- Thursdays). If you placed an order after 12 PM – It will be shipped the following business day.

1.1: Weekend Orders: We do not ship orders on weekends. Weekend hours start Friday at 12:01 PM EST, and it ends Monday Morning at 9 AM.

1.2: After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, we have no control over the shipment. If you have any questions, you should contact the carrier directly.

1.3: Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text message that includes your tracking info and a picture of the shipping label and products purchased. An email with the tracking info is automatically sent to the email used when placing the order once your order is fulfilled.

1.4: Price: The Price/Cost of Shipping is based on the total order value and destination, varying from one order to another.

1.5: Estimation: Please note that the above days are estimated delivery times provided by the carrier. However, we do not have control over carrier operations nor can we guarantee these estimated delivery dates.

1.6 Lost / late Package: In the event that a package is lost with the carrier, it’s the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier for claim/Compensation. We do not offer any compensation or replacement for any lost late packages unless we ship it to an address different from the address the customer provided. 

1.7 Verification Prior to Shipping: New customers must go through verification prior to shipping. The following timeline applies to existing customers or verified customers. 1.8 Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any error or delays in shipping.  

2.0 : Return & Exchange 

All sales of tobacco products are final – There are NO returns or exchanges on disposable vape devices for any reason, defective or otherwise.

2.1 : Refunds ( If Applicable) 
All sales of tobacco products are final – No return or exchange or refunds offered, unless we can not fulfil your order. However, once we process and ship your order, it becomes not eligible for refund. 

2.2 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet , first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@fumeHQD.com

2.3 Exchanges (if applicable) 
Exchange is applicable only if we ship you a product that is different from what you have ordered. If you received a product that is defective, you should contact the manufacturer directly. Please note that due to the nature of the industry, It's a standard practice vape websites don't offer any guarantee on vape devices. Therefore, return, replacement or exchange not offered.
