*Priority with USPS: It takes 2-4 days for delivery after USPS receives the package.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text message that includes your tracking info and a picture of the shipping label and products purchased. Customers will receive a replacement or full refund for their protected purchase if they do not receive the package within 15 days after shipping. in the case of a lost package, the customer must send an SMS request to ‪(954) 666-3903‬ or call ‪(954) 842-3636 to request a refund or replacement.  

2.0 Defective vape

Customers must request a replacement or refund for a defective protected vape purchase within 7 days of package delivery. Requests will not be honored after 7 days.

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Video and pictures to prove that the device/s are defective. 

We will then review the information for approval or denial. If your request is approved, you must return the products to the following address:
