Shipping Service: We offer three types of shipping classes:

*Economy with USPS: It takes 5-8 days for delivery after USPS receives the package.

*Priority with USPS: It takes 2-4 days for delivery after USPS receives the package.

*UPS next business day (Over Night) :Over Night orders will be shipped the same business day if placed before 12pm EST,or ships next business day if placed after 12pm. We do not ship orders on weekends. Weekend hours start Friday at 12:01 PM EST, and it ends Monday Morning at 9 AM.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a text message that includes your tracking info and a picture of the shipping label and products purchased. An email with the tracking info is automatically sent to the email used when placing the order once your order is fulfilled.

Customers will receive a replacement or full refund for their protected purchase if they do not receive the package within 15 days after shipping. in the case of a lost package, the customer must send an SMS request to ‪(954) 666-3903‬ or call ‪(954) 842-3636 to request a refund or replacement.  

2.0 Defective vape

Customers must request a replacement or refund for a defective protected vape purchase within 7 days of package delivery. Requests will not be honored after 7 days. 

2.1 Request for replacement or refund for a defective protected vape purchase

You may submit a request by sending an email to help@fumehqd.com or sending an SMS to (954) 666-3903‬  with the following information:  

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Video and pictures to prove that the device/s are defective. 

We will then review the information for approval or denial. If your request is approved, you must return the products to the following address:

The products must be in the original packaging, including the device, plastic bag, and box. 

Also, you must send a picture of the shipping receipt and package.
